Chat room can be filtered by chat type and assignee.
A chat room can be set as open or closed. You can close a chat room when the conversation with the customer is finished. A chat room can be assigned to a staff member.
There are three chat types: All, open, closed. There are three assignee types: All, me, unassigned.
The chat room filter is useful when you want to check the status of a specific chat room.
