Double click the chat room title, it opens a dialog in the chat room.
The dialog displays all staffs and customers in the chat room.
If you have the right permission, you can add, remove staff or customers in the chat room.
Our system is totally flexible. You can add multiple customers into one chat room. The message sending out in the chat room are sending out to every customer in the chat room as bcc, meaning each customer receives the message but they can not see each other's message reply.
