Create template for frequent messages. Skip the time to type the same messages for your customers.
Click Settings -> Template Management. Click Add Template button.
Enter the name of the template.
Then enter the text of the template.
Insert dynamic field such as First Name, Last Name, Staff Name, Company Name etc to personalize your message content.
There are a few drop down in the template type:
Global: this is the default message type.
Review: set the default review request message.
Payment: set the default payment request message.
Signature: set the default signature message.
Optionally, you can add one image to the template.
