You can send text messages to a group of customers using Campaign.
1. Click "Campaign" in the left nav bar
2. Click "Add campaign" button
3. The following dialog opens, enter a name of the campaign, click "Create Campaign" button
4. Select the lists where you want to send the campaign. The lists have to be first defined at Customer management. List is a group of customers based on certain criteria.
5. Enter the campaign message.
6. You can send the campaign now or schedule the campaign message at a future time.
Campaign is a powerful marketing tool as it can send the message to a batch of customers at one time. The powerful tool comes with a great responsibility. A few rule of thumbs:
- Make sure to double check the campaign message content before the actual send
- Do not send campaign at odd times, like early morning or late night
