Auto reply is a pre-written message that can be automatically returns when a customer texts you between designated times, typically during off hours or vacation.
Set up Auto reply based on your business hours
1. Click Settings in the left nav bar
2. Click Auto Reply.
3. Click "Add Auto Reply" button
4. Click "Change Office Hours" in the dialog to set your office hours
5. Enter the content in office hours auto reply and enter the content in the after hours auto reply
6. Click "Save" button.
Note: our system only sends auto reply once every 24 hours. So if your customer sends you multiple texts, it shall receive the auto reply only once. This is to prevent the auto reply from triggering multiple times within a conversation.
