In WikPro App, click "Forgot password" button, the App will ask you to enter your phone number.
Click "Next" button and enter the verification code to this phone number. (Note only if the phone number exists in system and the phone number is correct)
Then you can reset the password.
You can also contact your professional offices to set a temp password for you.
